Managing and building multi-unit developments is one of our specialties and we have executed many different projects throughout the years from 32 lot subdivisions to 4 house sites.

Multiple houses on one site takes a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the site and construction runs smoothly to deliver the development on time and on budget.
This development consists of 5 terrace houses served by a common driveway.
The two old existing houses on the site were removed to create the blank canvas to house 5 new stylish townhouse. The subdivision civil works: excavation, retaining walls, common access driveway, drainage, power, water and telecommunications were handled by HarbourCity.
When designing and building houses with intertenancy walls noise transmission and fire rating is an important factor and special details are required to construct these. Privacy was carefully considered so windows placement is important.
Clad in aluminium weatherboards to provide a low maintenance living, each house was differentiated from its neighbour by careful selection of horizontal and vertical profiles, and colourways.
Thoughtful consideration was given to given to the practicalities of modern multi-unit living – rubbish/recycling bin alcoves, electric car charging and low maintenance landscaping are some of the features.
The interior features a comfortable layout with open plan living downstairs, with bedrooms and family retreat upstairs.
