Ode to Harbour City Building Company
Building a house is oh so fun
especially if you have a wonderful place in the sun.Its a pleasure to do and it won’t take that long
with a good designer it goes like a song.Start with some land and some stunning sea views,
don’t worry about access, now that’s your first clue.The key is the architect, get one who’s grand,
and don’t give her much time to whistle up her plans.Then get a great builder, a rare thing to find,
and you’ll need one who’s up for some hard work and grind.I almost forgot, another thing to get
is a great neighbour, now that’s your best bet.
The first thing to do is demolish the past,
luckily we had Levi who deconstructs oh so fast.Once its all down, it can start going up,
that’s when the client starts emptying their cup.Its exciting to see it go up day by day,
thankfully we had Jake who kept it all up to play.To get to the point and keep it all short,
now we’ve got a beautiful house that we could never ever have bought.So its time to acknowledge our great architect,

We have built two homes with HarbourCity in the last five years. We found the whole team at HarbourCity a pleasure to work with, from the design stage right through to the finished houses. Both houses were completed on time and the workmanship was perfect, with any small issues we had after we moved in dealt with immediately without question.
