The owners and directors of HarbourCity are the same people who run and manage the company. Ian Inglis, Jules Lee and Karen Glenister founded the company in 2011 after working together in various roles in other residential building companies. With a focus on value, quality and sound project management of the entire building process from conception through to completion we are very hands on and keep a tight rein on every aspect of your project. Emphasis is placed on working alongside you, the owner to achieve your dreams in the most efficient and practical manner and always with budget and time schedule front of mind.
Being a small niche building company specialising in bespoke, top quality new builds and renovations you will always receive our personal attention. Our approach is comprehensive, individual and specialized. We will not overreach our capacity to deliver on value and quality. We are not a group home builder. Every project for us is a bespoke ‘one off’ design – whether it be small or large.
